Duffy Law Office was founded in 1988 by Kevin Duffy with a mission to provide high-quality, accessible legal representation to the people of Thief River Falls and the surrounding regions.

Kevin Duffy
Kevin Duffy has been practicing law in Northwestern Minnesota for over 40 years. His perspective is uniquely shaped by his extensive background as a prosecutor, having served as the Assistant County Attorney in Thief River Falls and the Beltrami County Attorney. This experience allows him to evaluate cases from both sides of the bench, providing his clients with a strategic advantage in criminal defense.
